Training Camp is 90 minutes group training session with Karl Carswell. 10-15 minute dynamic warmup and 1 hour of training your individual swing with drills, video review, analysis, and comparison. After each session hitters are provided an individual drill progression to follow until the next Training Camp date (pre scheduled as listed above and on the calendar you are viewing). Hitters who follow their drill progressions and training will improve their ability to consistently swing their bats better and they will improve their ability to hit.

Limit to 24-32 Hitters. Minimum 6 and maximum 8 players per session.
