With nearly 30 years of experience in baseball from camps, training, scouting, coaching, and evaluating, Coach Karl Carswell has developed a camp system and style that leaves the players happy, tired, and hungry to train and develop their game.

Local camps in and around Kansas City, MO are generally available to the public and are suited for players between the ages of 5 to 23.

Don’t live near Kansas City? No problem! Damage Hitter co-hosts traveling camps and clinics all over the world.

Would you like to have Damage Hitter come to you?

The combination of mental, physical, and emotional training is rare in this day and age. You just found a coach and program that makes it his mission to deliver all 3.

You may host camps from as few as 3 players or as many as you can imagine. All you have to do is understand the basic camp options as described below and fill out our application to host the camp.

Damage Hitter provides Workshops, Clinics, and Camps. Workshops are 1 day (3.5 hours) and allow us the ability to share with the camper the core foundation of Damage Hitter.

Our Clinics are typically 2 days (7 hours) and allow the campers to increase their workload and leave with a better feel for their future hitting plan.

Our Camps are 3-5 days (10.5 hours minimum) and allow us to dig deep into the advanced fundamentals of hitting physical, mental, and emotional plan.

Damage Hitter Workshops

Our popular Healthy Hitter Workshop  trains hitters, parents and coaches to develop a professional hitting approach mentally, emotionally, and physically.  Intense focus to develop the Damage Hitter mental and emotional supports every player’s physicality.

The workshop host provides:

  • A reception area for check-in with tables and chairs.
  • A Meeting Room, Lounge, Locker Room, or equivalent with a monitor.
  • A facility with 1-2 cages of at least 30 feet.
  • 3.5 Hours of cage time 1 day
  • 2+ tees/soft toss stations
  • All protective screens
  • A bucket of baseballs/softballs per batting cage
  • 10-12 balls per tee/soft toss station
  • Tees and sock nets where available
  • 3.5 Hours of cage time
  • Your assistance with local media, email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube Marketing as it fits your facilities social media and database capabilities.

Damage Hitter Clinics are 2 days/sessions specifically designed to train and develop the entire hitter while at the same time testing what they are learning through our hitting progressions and drill series.

The workshop host provides:

  • A reception area for check-in with tables and chairs.
  • A Meeting Room, Lounge, Locker Room, or equivalent with a monitor.
  • A facility with 1-2 cages of at least 30 feet.
  • 3.5 Hours of cage time 2 days
  • 2+ tees/soft toss stations
  • All protective screens
  • A bucket of baseballs/softballs per batting cage
  • 10-12 balls per tee/soft toss station
  • Tees and sock nets where available
  • Hotel Accommodations

Damage Hitter Camp are 3 -4 days/session allowing staff and participants extended time to focus on hitters mentality, emotional control, hitting approach, as well as the physical techniques of hitting. 3-4 intense days/session of training that will start you toward reaching your potential as a hitter. 

What the camp host (you) provides:

  • A reception area for check-in with tables and chairs.
  • A Meeting Room, Lounge, Locker Room, or equivalent with a monitor.
  • A facility with 1-2 cages of at least 30 feet.
  • 3.5 Hours of cage time
  • All protective screens
  • A bucket of baseballs/softballs, tees, and sock nets where available
  • Hotel Accommodations
  • Your assistance with local media, email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube Marketing as it fits your facilities social media and database capabilities.
    3-to 3.5 hrs of field or cage time each day
  • A bucket of baseballs and softballs per 20 kids
  • Hotel Room
  • BONUS but necessary: Sock nets or Targets to throw into, Bases,
